Among our many customer success stories is one involving an Indian multinational corporation with a presence across Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific.
Our engagement began when we approached the Indian entity with our credentials for IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services for their Bangalore office. After evaluating our qualifications and capabilities, the customer awarded us the ITAD project, which was successfully executed by our trained team.
The first step in our ITAD process involved validating the asset list shared by the customer through physical inspection of every asset. The assets were then categorized into servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment.
The second step was to identify the working assets containing data and proceed with secure data sanitization. In this case, we used the CERTUS solution for certified data wiping of all end-user computing devices. The servers were professionally decommissioned, while storage devices such as hard drives were physically degaussed onsite and later set aside for physical destruction at our factory.
Subsequently, the assets were loaded into a 20-foot truck, sealed with OTL, and transported to our factory in Dobespet, Bangalore, for further processing. Upon completion of the project, the customer was issued a summary of all assets collected, along with data erasure reports for every end-user computing device. Finally, the customer was provided with an Asset Disposal Certificate along with the necessary CPCB-issued documentation.
The customer was highly satisfied with our service standards and subsequently entrusted us with the challenge of executing ITAD services for their office in Denmark. Through collaboration with our alliance partner, Emine successfully completed the ITAD engagement for the customer overseas as well.
