Billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as selected) unless you cancel your subscription. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying any taxes, tariffs, or duties imposed by your jurisdiction.
Refunds are not provided for unused portions of paid subscriptions unless required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL EMINE’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO EMINE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ₹100 IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE PAYMENTS.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EMINE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eMine, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) Your Content.
10. Data and Content
You are solely responsible for any data, information, or content you upload to or create through the Services. We do not guarantee the security, privacy, or preservation of Your Content.
While we implement reasonable security measures, we are not liable for unauthorized access, loss, corruption, or deletion of Your Content. We recommend maintaining backups of critical data.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, platforms, or content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies, which you should review carefully.

If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Bangalore, India. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
